When we react to anger in negative ways, it only blocks love, understanding, compromise and forgiveness. If we let our negative emotions to take control, we block the light, which only prolongs the problem and attracts more negativity and darkness.

Reflection

Today, I ask you to recall a moment when someone really hurt you. I'm talking about a time in your life you wouldn't revisit if I paid you a million dollars. Remember exactly how you felt when the person hurt you.

Reflect deeply on why this person was in your house in the first place. Why did you open the door for them to enter? There is now an opportunity for you to really get to the bottom of things to have a clear understanding on a truly painful part of your life.

Think about what you can learn from this experience to help you grow into a stronger person. Remember, in every situation, no matter how great or tragic, there is always something positive you can take away from it and apply it to your life.
